We do our best to work with our clients. We offer several different methods for payment to keep things as affordable as possible.
Private Pay Fees
- Self Pay Rate: $95
Insurance
We accept most large insurance providers. If there are any unmet deductibles or out of pocket co-pays, the client is responsible for payment. We accept the following providers in addition to many others:
- Blue Cross Blue Shield
- Aetna/Cofinity
- McLaren Health Plan/Health Advantage
- UnitedHealthcare
- UMR
- Meritain

Employee Assistance Program (EAP)
The Employee Assistance Program provides short-term professional counseling and referral services to assist employees and their family members when personal or work related problems becoming unmanageable.
